Watch the stadium sketch land, then the soft grey start doing damage. Fine pencil lines and a big sweep of off-white pull a wall together fast, without adding another block of colour to the room. Hang it over a desk where you can get close to the crowd of little rooftops, or along a hallway at eye level so people slow down and find the streets around the ground. It sits happily with dark wood, black metal, grey wool and stone. Keep the wall plain chalky white or pale grey and let the line work carry it.
